“I have been faced with a challenge in my planning, and when I put the matter to my coach, she offered me a coaching session using Critical Alignment Model (CAM). She successfully helped me out of my situation and got me back on track. I do highly recommend investing in coaching with Purple Tulip Development particularly with anyone who wants to gain tools that they can use personally and professionally to improve all aspects of their life, to gain momentum and clarity.”

“I found Phakhinda at a time of great change in my life, I was fearful of the change and wrapped up in doubt and confusion. I had been going round in circles and needed help to bravely move forward. She has created a space in which I can find the answers I need and has guided me with skill to see my own barriers more clearly. She is keenly observant and can, therefore, help me to see myself with more clarity. Sometimes we just want someone else to tell us what to do, but a good coach will enable us to draw that answer out of ourselves and they will encourage us to work hard to find what we need to see. Thank you Phakhinda, I would recommend you to anyone ready to make a big change in their life.”

“Thank you Phakhinda. Your presence and coaching conversations helped me to deeply connect with myself, explore the gaps and possibilities. I highly recommend for Phakhinda for those who are looking for a non judgemental space to explore and align themselves.”

“After completing the course, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of myself and learned how to shift my mindset and attitude to move closer to my goals. Setting clear goals now means having a structured plan—starting with yearly objectives, breaking them down into monthly targets, and determining daily actions. This method has greatly improved my discipline. I’ve also gained confidence in expressing my opinions and developed the courage to take decisive action. The learning process has helped me overcome self-esteem challenges.
The course provides valuable knowledge across various areas, including applying for scholarships, conducting research, and writing compelling application essays. I appreciated the thorough knowledge-sharing approach and attention to detail in each lesson. The course materials are well-designed, offering practical insights that can be easily applied to real-life scenarios.”

“I first met Ms. Phakhinda (or Mina), the founder, during the COVID-19 pandemic in Laos. Through her guidance, I learned how to work effectively from home, empower both myself and my team, and set meaningful goals. I also learned to overcome fear, become a clear facilitator, and improve my monitoring and assessment skills. Another special part of this experience was connecting with like-minded people from different places, building friendships with those who share similar attitudes and are always ready to support one another.
I want to thank Ms. Mina for creating such a valuable program, which helped me understand myself better and gave me the courage to step out of my comfort zone to challenge and develop myself. I'm grateful to have met you and look forward to learning and growing even more with your support.”

Phenomenal Facilitator course
“Before I started studying, I wasn't used to reflecting on myself, and I had little understanding of what a facilitator's role was. However, through my learning experience, I feel that I've become more resilient. For example, I no longer avoid problems, and I now have the confidence to take action and accept feedback when facilitating group discussions. After the course, I find it easier to ask questions and apply what I’ve learned within my organization. During a recent meeting, I suggested that all employees share three strengths of our work and one area for improvement. This approach encouraged everyone to participate and be more open with one another.
Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my sister Mina for being a guiding light to me and to countless other Lao people ❤️🙏”

Phenomenal Facilitator Course
A month after graduating, I realized I could shift my mindset. I no longer feel the need to be the person who must know and control everything. Instead, I allow those I care about to face reality and grow stronger. I now ask questions that encourage them to think more deeply, and I use language that helps students understand that their efforts are for their own benefit. I have also applied goal-setting techniques, writing my goals on the wall and staying committed to them with precise discipline.
This course has been invaluable, and the tuition feels worth it compared to what I’ve gained. I’m grateful to myself for choosing to pursue it. A special thanks to Mina, the founder, for showing me the way and creating such a meaningful course.
